Caffiene Ingestion rate!!

I Loveeeee the Stereotype that Geeks (i.e. Us even if you dont wish to believe it) drink tonnes and tonnes of Caffieine.

So the premise of this thread is count the amount of caffeinated beverages you drink since the start of the thread. you should use a single post and edit it as you progress (and the last drink you had).

1 Espresso = 1 shake point (lattes etc included here)

1 Caffeinated energy drink = 1 Shake point (Redbull, boost etc)

1 Tea = 0.5 of a shake point

1 Proplus tablet = 2 Shake points (students take note here :D)

Instant coffeee = 0.75 of a Shake Point per spoonful used

Cola = 1 Shake point per 500 Ml (thats 0.66 per 330 ml can, nething below 500 multiply by 2 and divide by 1000)

My caffiene Level == 18Shake points (lesbian love cry)

Last Drinks :: another Quad Espresso/grinning munki (munkis love this more than all the bananas in jamaica)
 
This morning:

1x extra large 'chino

1x double expresso

Lunchtime:

1x bottle of coke

Total = 4 shake points :p
 
This morning

1 Nero's Grande Late - 2 shake points.

This afternoon:

1 Cup double spoonful of Strong coffee - 2 shake points

4 Shake points:

Shaking like a 15 yr old boy peeking into the girls changing rooms
 
Hard to figure mine out, I drink hot black coffee from the time I get up in the morning til the time I go to bed the next morning...........;) I think I'm doing just fine.
 
All i really drink is juice and Kool-Aid. What is that considerd as? Whenever i go out though i have a Double Chocolate Chip Frap from Starbucks tee hee.
 
I can drink 4 cups of coffee and a 2L of coke in one afternoon and it doesnt affect me much :/ One time me and ham drank 24 cans of coke in one night and were just about shaking lol

The worst I've ever done was 6 Red Bull's and 2 special strong coffee's in a morning. It was after going straight from a club to work in my youth :p

I must admit that none of the above managed to keep me awake.

5 x cups of coffee

Lunch:

Hasn't happened yet....

Dinner:

Big surprise here, hasn't happened yet either!

Shake Points: 5

Not shaking yet.... Need about 10 points before that starts happening :p

Actually, i should mention that the amount of coffe i have does have a negative effect on me. Namely, me throwing up in the sink this morning from drinking too much too quickly (the porridge i had for breakfast didnt make things too pleasant)
 
Generally 1x Pepsi/Mountain Dew a day. Sometimes 2. It doesn't help me stay awake that much though.

In my experience shaking is usually caused by lack of food rather than presence of caffeine.
