Hi Guys,

I need to buy a longer cable to connect a hard drive via e-sata. The cable needs to be a maximum of 1 metre long.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could buy an all in one soloution or if I will have to buy a 1m sata cable and a 1m molex to sata power cable.

Was wondering as I would prefer to keep all the wiring as tidy as possible

Bought 1m long SATA (not eSATA) from some amazon store a few years ago.

Might be worth searching them.

Are alot of eSATAs now not bus powered, or did I make that up? Means no molex I suppose.

Pretty sure KustomPCs do rediculusly long cables (90cm max?) but they might be just SATA
