Budget Build advice

What crackin knights of the nerd table. My parents pc has pooped itself gfx fan melted (for realz) the slimline psu is on its last legs. So im building my £3k x79 rig. But my parents have now commissioned me to build them a replacement. Smurf yea. But here the dilema. Im a full throttle kinda dude. So i have no idea what im gonna do i know a would like a 2500k and a shinobi. So what ever is left from a total of £700 could u guys helo me out with

comes to around £710 at aria pc could prolly get a few parts cheaper at dabs/ebuyer/ccl/scan

im not gonna bother getting them a ssd maybe a 2tb green as they have tons of unorganised photos i doubt they are bothered about lightning quick boot times and a little gaming. as my rig will be the ssd boot 2tb black raided beast

With the money saved on the SSD get them a 2TB WD Caviar Black or are you going to use the money left over
