Finally did it.

The next thing I am doing is going for a clean install - hopefully crack a few more benchies.

On front page of all of them now except 3dm03 (requires driver change from 7590 as for some reason my GPU's dont like them for that test).

TEAM EP-UK continues to dominate.

Will post mbot pickie soon but went sub 24s on superpi 1m test ;)

The difficulty with this test is of course the fact that it is GPU intensive, the CPU can only really influence two things:

You need a fast CPU to ensure the limiting factor in your scores is not the CPU holding back the graphics cards.

The value applied in this score to having a fast CPU is only really worth a few hundred points, say 500 max (difference between winchester 3500 @ 3ghz and FX55 SD @ 3.5Ghz)

So having watercooled graphics is more important than running your CPU as fast as possible with phase change.

I feel sure that with phase change cooled CPU, Phil would have broke 12k on this test before I did.

I guess this goes to show the depth of the benchmarking strengths we currently have on EP-UK ;) which can only be a good thing.

Does anyone update mbot scores anymore?

The tables are not updated on EP-UK forum, just wandering if I have entered the details correctly.

Can I ask if you don't have too good a scores is it worth going for mbot thing or will it make our epuk average go down? I'm not sure how it works. When I say not too good a scores I'm thinking 30k 3dmark01 etc

I dont know enough about the mbot to say, I think it's based on the teams' average scores 30k is very respectable (I had to run winchester 3500 at 3ghz with SLI running at 448/1150 to get that score).

MODS - Please can you clarify the MBOT question Nick has asked.

Cheers
