Bought me a chilly1 LN2 / DICE container :D

Picked up a chilly1 LN2 container today, gonna use it on the DTR! Can't wait till that rig is ready to get pwned with some serious cooling, muahahaha!

I really hope I can find somewhere that will sell me LN2 without a license in small quantities.

If not I'll stick with DICE if I have too but LN2 is so much more badass!

Are these just the tubes with the evaps in the bottom? If so, how much did you pay and can you return them?

Honestly?

An evaporator is designed for flow and obstruction thru the flow. A dry ice / ln2 tube produces neither of those effects! Quite a few phase builders have taken there evaporators that they mass produce and just slam them into a copper cap and braze them into a pipe and call it a tube. There performance charts look good at idle due to the surface area inside the evaporator. But at load they severly cannot match the temperatures of most other tube designs.

If its any of his recent its probably an evap in a tube design.

If its an older one, its a copper plate with nails in it.

I'm pretty sure Frag never ended up receiving this, due to some personal issues that chilly1 faces. He did get a Vapochill though, you can see pics of that in the rig gallery, his thread is "Project Celtic Frost"
