Hi there I`m coming for an advice. I`ll try to write as good description about problem as possible. Alright so about 7 months ago I bought *****this***** monitor, as you can see on descritpion it was brilliant one. When i plugged it in first what I saw was blue tinted dots over some colors. I thought problem is in settings, so i started to change everything what came in my head, but nothing blue tinted dots came from one color to other and never dissapeared from screen. Till now i have tried this scren on laptop, on my PC with two different Videocards, and there`s still those blue tinted dots. Could there be a problem in Hardware of monitor? Or these dots are here because of LED technology? To be honest with you guys its impossible to work in photoshop or in Powerpoint because of these dots on the screen. I was wondering Can there be any solution?

I will upload some images which ones i catched with photocamera.

Thats how it looks like on my screen

As you can see some of the colors are blue tinted. I used windows 7 ultimate on all my computers where i tested this monitor. Maybe problem is in OS?

Could you try a different monitor and see if it still happens, if not, hock your pc up to your tv and see if it happens, if it doesn't happen then I would say your monitor is dying

If its only 7 months old then it must be still under warranty

Hope that helps.

isnt that pixel failure?usually its covered under warranty that 99.9% of pixels won't defect.can be less or more depending on the particular model

well i bought my monitor through amazon.co.uk in YoYoTech so i don`t know where to complain and where to send it about pixel failure...

And I tested my monitor on Laptop which has LED screen as well, Laptop screen was allright, but monitor had blue tinted pixels. I think failure is in screen.

That is definitely not good, and becos the problem presents itself as lines I'm thinking its the monitor's refresh is ganked, but COULD be pixels too. I think the place to start is Amazon and see if they have a system since they are the middle man in the transaction, or at least be able to direct you to the correct place to start your return. It IS in Amazon's interest for you to be satisfied with the product, so I wouldn't be surprised if (yes you WILL have to wait for response to the inquiry) that you get what you need. On the other side.. NEVER use amazon's movie download service. They will require you to install software to run anything you dl, and if for any reason its ganked, yo're screwed.
