blu ray drive woes

sup people. sooo i have a samsung internal bluray drive and it doesnt read blurays. its like they aint even in the drive. ive tried reinstalling a few times drivers and such. has anyone else encountered a problem like this before as it plays dvds and everything else but blurays are a no go. its doing my head in lol. and dont judge me because i went internal lol

What software are you running to play the blu rays?

Yeh, you need a driver CD with the included software on to actually read the blu-rays

i have tried all that fw is most up to date version available cyberlink to play it just doesnt see that there is a blu ray in the drive. its a little confusing

i have no idea. i tried the microsoft advised method in regedit now i have to reinstall itunes lol. like i said cd and dvd work fine its just an issue when it comes to reading blu
