Special thanks to Tolemac for bringing this news to our attention. Cheers mate!

I have actually quit WOW for the time being but yes I have encountered "bots" especially when I used to pvp so although I don't play it anymore I do welcome this as its more down to the players skills rather than have add-ons that do it for you

Aye, I haven't played WoW in ages (although I never passed level 40 either I believe), though I recently read an article on how people used to use bots to quickly buy all ore available to use for crafting. Good thing Blizzard pays attention to these things.

:) I have 3 level 100's 2 mages and a priest also a level 92 shaman but WOD got boring for me tbh and the guild feel has literally gone

I'm surprised they are banning anyone considering their subs have dropped by 2.9 million. wod looked so promising and was such a disapointment

Blizzard make around £60 million a month from subs alone from the current 7 million player base and that's not even counting the people who buy faction changes, Race changes, Various customization changes, Pets, Mounts, Guild renames, Realm transfers etc...

Cutting a few bots here and there is not going to affect them 1 bit.

I know that they made enough money b4 TBC came out to fund the game for another 5 years free so anything after that was profit
