Hey Overclock3d!
I just thought i would show you my paintjob on the Coolermaster Cosmos R1000 silver case. I hope you like what you see here, for a first time modding/paintjob for me it was pretty rough, and im not done with the case yet, but i will keep things updated as i go along.
First i started out with Google Sketch to get an idea of how i wanted it to look, like this.

Then i removed the plastics of the case.

What a filthy case, so time to take it in the shower and wash it clean.

Afterwards i cut out the fan grills to allow a better airflow and less dust buildup between the case and radiator.

Then onto Sanding, i got soooo busy with this that i really didnt get around to making a whole lot of pictures.

Lets get busy with Primer

Then onto the first layer of black, which turned out to be deep gray, at first i quite liked it, but when the second layer was on it, it started to annoy me, and so i repainted it with real black, but i was again so cought up in that process that i didnt take any pictures.

Some time later, after i painted the plastics and stuck it back together.

After building the watercooling loop it was time to leaktest it, new tubing and antikink on there, looks great though.

And here is the result up to now, still have to paint the sidepanels, which will be black, but havent got around to it in the last 2 months.

I dont know when i will be able to continue painting the case, but when i do i will keep you informed, oh before i forget, some specs.
