I'm not sure how practical the inverted motherboard will be cable management wise, but the exterior looks pretty good.

Well it depends more on the case design than it being inverted to be honest. If the case has both low and high cable holes then there isn't a problem, infact I prefer having the bottom of the board at the top, as it makes the headers for USB, FireWire and HD Audio easier to route.

I don't know if it's because I missed it in the pictures I didn't notice many cable holes. I can agree with you when it comes to front panel headers, I found them to be pretty annoying to route. The inverted motherboard would help a lot assuming the headers are shortened.

The length of the cables doesn't matter too much, you can hide them out of sight with enough cables ties! lol
