got my bh5 in my dfi nf4 doing 282 in 3d mark 2005

doing 2-2-2-5.........

in memtest stable doing all tests got it to 275 fsb 1:1 1t 2-2-2-5.

as far as i know its winbond bh5 bought from my good friend shigs......

problem is its only 2x 256 meg........ get my ocz vx pc4000 tomorow

will push it to its limits and see what fsb stable i get with them.....

I think if your using 7.5 multi your not running the ram at 287, its more like 270, the .5 multi is the problem.

Nevertherless a very nice ram speed.

As the.M says using the half multis means your RAM isn't running at the speed it looks like it is.

Your 287 is actually:

287 * 7.5 divided by the closest whole multiplier (8) = 270 FSB

4V don't do nothing! I got a stick of 256Mb bh-5 that is 100% stable with only 3.68V... When I go over 291 it just causes major crashes even with 4.05V which is sad because I want to try 300 2-2-2-5 stable. The memory has 2 80CFM delta's blowing at it so its not a heat problem.... I have a feeling it's the memory controller crapping out, I don't think they can handle those timings with such a high clock!
