BFG RMA process

Hello guys, been a long time. Loving the new look site.

I had some problems with my BFG 9800GTX last night, I got artifacts then a BSOD. Reboot and artifacts were shown in the bios, booted into safe mode and removed drivers and artifacts are still shown in bios and its unable to boot into windows except for safe mode under windows 7.

Swapped the card out for a 1800XT and everything is fine so I'm guessing the card has gone, temps were always great on the card I'm not sure why it happened it used to idle happily at 40 and never went over 55.

Anyway I'm trying to do the RMA process but how do I go about it? I've registered the card at BFG but I can't find a link to open a RMA on their site only to track one. I also heard the wales RMA team for BFG has been closed down?

I sent them an email but have yet to get a reply, does anyone know the best contact method or way to go about trying to get an RMA set up with BFG?

Thanks for any help, gutted that my card has hit the goose :(
 
send your problem to BFG in the states then you will be given your local / european service centre

Last time i used it, the depot was Wales.

Wow - Had a reply and have all the details. Card is packed ready to be sent, BFG have been great so far.

The address is the Wales depot which I heard had been closed down so I'm not sure there but I'm quite pleased that its going to be looked at least.
