BFG Geforce 7800gsoc

hey im thinking of buying a BFG Geforce 7800gsoc overclocked and im not sure if my 400W psu will be ok with it. Im pretty sure the minimum requirements for it is a 400W psu but does it matter that I am just at the bare minimum for power?

a 7800gs is a slower versio o the 7800gt and that card uses up to 70w in 3d mode.

400w psu doesnt say ANYTHING, my 380w psu is for example more powerfull than some 550w psu's out there.

whats interesting is how many Amps it can put out on the 3.3v 5v and 12v rail.

18a 12v should be enough if its continious power output.
