The Seagate will be quicker as it hybrid drive, reliability, I don't know about though, but I haven't heard of any disasters with them.
For all round drive, it can't be beaten on paper out of the 2 of them, the black edition is purely mechanical, so should last longer that the seagate drive, but it will be slower though as it not got the SSD drive stuff built into it like the Seagate hybrid drive, but will offer you better reliability.
The choice is yours alone to make, not us, we can only advise, the decision has to come from you, above outlines the main pros and cons of it for you, you can now make a choice on the information you have.
