Best Low profile Graphics Crad?

Hi guys I know a guy who has a Dell Inspiron 530s.

He is looking for a decent card that is low profile but must have a half height bracket like this one and not require a power connector.

His options are limited but i need the best he can have, he will be playing the new Operation Flashpoint game only, as he still plays the original.

It says it requires one 6pin in the specs. If this persons rig has at least 2 molex connectors left the card most likely comes with a dual molex to 6pin converter.
