best cooler for e6600

was thinking about a Scythe Ninja can get for around £22 delivered ?

and if so which one? can i strap the 90cfm 35mm one on the side ok?

any idea about fans though, i hear the stock cooler isnt great? and silenx are the ones to go for but they do a 25mm and a 38mm which to buy?

I read one somewhere that cpmaored loads and it still said the loons were the best.
