Best coolant?

Its in the title but what in your opinion is the best coolant for water cooling?

Honestly, different people will tell you different things. Personally, I've used Feser One, Distilled water with biocide, Distilled with Silver, Distilled, Mayhems Pastel Blue, and now I've got Primochill ICE in my system. I typically follow this rule, for pure performance distilled is king and for looks with slightly less performance go with Mayhems if you can get it. Only reason I'm using PC Ice right now is Mayhems is insanely expensive to import to the US or it's next to impossible to get.

Mayhams is widely considered to be the best but you could just use distilled water with a kill coil. I am a new water cooler and have been using distilled water and a silver kill coil.

Theres nothing in it but colour really........ Nothing.

A coil of silver to be placed in your loop. Silver kills the nasty things that try to grow in the warm water of your system.

So im guessing any differences in temps are minimal then. Ah i see thanks josh. So is the kill coil recommended or just an option?

It's an option
Biocide does the same job.

Differences in temps can be down to so many things and its really not worth bothering about, lust like I always say about loop order
