Bench/stress testing n00b in need of help

Hey guys! Firstly let me apologise if this is in the wrong section since I couldn't find an area it would fit in to...

Anywhoo, where I work does refurbished PC's (desktop and laptop) and sometimes we get machines back which the customers are saying they are over heating. So what I am looking for is some assistance in what settings to use in OCCT (or similar software) to generate the most heat and stress the living hell out of system. I have used Prime95 with HWmonitor before so not sure if that is better than OCCT or anything.

Hopefully I have explained what I am looking for and appreciate any/all help offered :)

When I use OCCT I use the Linkpack mode with all logical cores and AVX enabled with 90% ram and generally I find that kicks the crap out of my cpu.

Some people also use Intel Burn Test and Aida 64.
