US Legislators have also stepped in to push for a ban in a few states. They are targetting SW BF2 and NFS Payback as a prime example. Hawaii is apparently aggressively calling out for what they call "ingame online casino". Other states however are just interested in forcing game sales to be for 21yrs and over due to gambling content.
Their goal is not to ban in all states but to get a few in action which in turn will set a "trend" or get the games developers to rethink their purpose.
Either way, its finally a sign that the world is now stepping up. Sadly its not targetting Corporation greed. They will find a new way to milk us. I guess DLC prices will rise.
