Considering the 80+ Titanium rating, I'd say that the pricing isn't awful. You pay through the nose for that feature.

There is a reason why most PSUs don't target such high efficiency levels.

BeQuiet are not a cheap brand either. Their products are usually above average in quality, at least from my experience.
