It can be seen in both ways, some people are happy to see that something is being done to fix the issue while others will see this as a reason to ignore the game. It is ultimately the gamer's choice whether or not they spend their hard earned cash on PUBG.
With PUBG being as popular as it is there are a lot of people who want to know what is going on one way or the other. ATM a lot of concerned players want to know what is being done about cheaters within the game, with BattlEye's data showing that a lot is being done to address the issue.
Bans are common in other online games, but having bans on such a huge scale is new. PUBG isn't going to crumble because of our article and there is no reason to believe that BattEye's data is incorrect here.
