Battlefield 4 Pre orders

From the general information I've seen they're estimating a UK release of 29th October.
Personally if I was going to buy I'd wait until release or if nearer to time they were offering a discounted pre-release price then I'd be tempted. I think my library of games is sufficient enough to keep me going for now...

Only in Battlefield can you demolish the buildings shielding your enemy. Only in Battlefield will you lead an assault from the back of a gun boat.

I for one won't be preordering it since the game will be filled with bugs/glitches and problems at release, as always.

Always my biggest concern with new games. Day one game released, day two patched, day three patched and so on and so on

I did that with BF3 but then after one server patch was released messed up the game I had to buy the English version.

Even though normally it meant just getting the language files, when that patch was put on the servers there was no client side update.

Still it cost me £19 for the Russian version, and then the English version cost me £11 eventually.

If I buy Battlefield 4 then I will just buy the English version instead of the Russian one so I don't need to mess around with, the language files all the time a patch is released.

Strange, I haven't had any probs with the Russian version. All language file updates have worked for me.

Would be less hassle to buy the English version and not have to deal with language files every patch though.
