Ok

So i have a pentium 2 to "upgrade"

mcman gave me a SIS PCI 6326 card...now installed but there is tearing down the side of the screen when scrolling - 8mb onboard

I have a intel i740 which is surprisingly AGP but i have no idea on specs or even if it will work on XP

I was thinking an agp would be a waste on such a specced system tho (128 + 64mb sdram lol)

Shall i try to install the agp one in hope the tearing goes/the best performance possible for such a system..or would it be bottlenecked to the point its worthless

Is there?

Worked when I last plugged it in.

Well it might be the pci slot or anything

Had trouble finding the driver so perhaps that was it

Did it work for you when you installed a full XP (as in did it auto detect it?) cause i had to do it a different way

Well i got the agp one working and all is fine =]
