AU Optronics teases 480Hz Desktop and Laptop gaming displays

TN? Lol throw it in the trash bin.

Nothing wrong with TN for those who want fast response times and high refresh rates, well beyond what anyone can "Feel" or react to, or do not care about 100% colour accuracy etc or a having a space heater in front of them.

I have a 50" LG Nano 4k 120hz HDR TV and whilst it looks great playing games and honestly I am looking forward to actually getting a LG C2 now, this thing doesn't half get hot so hot in fact that I cannot touch the frame of the TV for 30 minutes without feeling like I am going to burn myself.

Apparently the OLED screens are just as bad if not worse because they get brighter etc.

If it was not for wanting HDR in my monitor/tv, I would go TN again for the high refresh rates and the fact I don't do "Colour Accurate" photo/video editing so the expense of a IPS or other type display is not really required for me.
