OMFG THIS IS SEXY!!! This notebook debuted at CeBIT...

Check this phat ass piece of equipment out... Features the new Turion 64 w/ 1mb l2 cache and rocks the nVidia 6200Go mobile gpu and allows for a total of 2gb of ram.

Must.... have.... now....

ew.. 6200 :(

if it was a 6800 :worship:

Meh that notebook is still fly as hell and can still play the new games :) Hell my old p4 gateway laptop could play the new games with its craptastic intel gpu, haha

Yeah the new 6200's perform quite well from the reviews I have read, with the new "turbo cache" technology from Nvidia :)

I'm sure it's more than powerful enough to get down on some intense HL2 and CS:S action :)

no worky :( the attachment is gone :(

Sounds similar to my laptop...I wonder if the 6200 is better than a 9600 "turbo" lol

EDIT

nvm, its workin now. lol

I'd say the gfx are neck and neck... This lappy would be so off the chain with a Go6800 in it though. They may actually end up offering it as an upgrade which would be nice. If that's the case I may reconsider owning a laptop.

I just hope they worked out the memory frequency issue.

VIA chipped A64's laptops currently are forced to run at 333 for some unknown reason...the chipset can handle 400. (K8T800)

I'm still beatin down doors at y laptop makers place trying to get a bios rev because currently the ram is running at cpu/14 (2200/14 = 157.14)

Yeah no doubt!!! A lot of untapped power there.

Tons, it pisses me off to no end having paid for 2 gigs of PC3200 (and yes, I've tried multiple times of one stick or the other, 1 at a time, 2 at a time just to see if there was too much ram present) and have the damn thing run at >PC2700 :(

Its still a rocket ship considering.

Muffin, I think you know how I feel. ;-)
