ASUS Strix GTX 1060 issue

Installed my new ASUS Strix GTX 1060 card earlier today and now I have no AI Suite software, no fan controls or temp monitors, and no fans are spinning on my new 1060 Strix.

Anyone have a work around for what I have now found out to be a known issue for months? Thanks.

I dont think the fans are supposed to spin up till about 50c or 60c.

Unistall any software that came with it and download and install the latest from the Asus site.

Once done I think you can set a custom fan curve.

You probably need to put it into advanced mode.

The fans wont spin till its hot though.... They are meant to be semi passive

It's actually some issue within the AI Suite software, ASUS are currently working to resolve the issues with the software and I'm actually just installing the 3rd RC of the suite software now. The last RC resolved the graphic card fan issue but as of yet there has been no fix for their Front Base fan controller. Will keep you posted.
