Asus Strix B350 F Bios 0806

actually i thought it has more influence on power consumption or temps.

but i can´t barely notice a difference using p-state OC or fixed OC.

Umm, you don't notice your voltage changing with load? Under load there won't be a difference of course, but that's obviously not the point.

no i mean power consumption, i measure from the wall.

the voltage was changing when i had a fixed clockspeed too, from ~0.5v to ~1.38v.

here you see my 1700x, fixed OC at 3700 MHz, drop to around 0.6V:

now with p-state OC the clockspeed goes down too when idle... but the power consumption is not much lower at idle.

sorry i was a bit unclear.

but the Asus B350 F can only do voltage offset afaik.
i can´t put in a voltage number in the bios.

and even on boards that can, ryzen seems to play his own game and adjusts voltage up and down.
