It'll be grand and come down to under €1000 in a few months 
X870E Hero is priced between €6-700
X870E Apex will be €8-900
Mad thing is, I just bought a 1200W PSU and with an Asus 9070XT OC, I find that I won't have enough cables to drive the 8Pin under the 24pin on any of these boards.
