I just order the new Asus ROG Centurion True 7.1 Surround Gaming Headset.
Are there going to be a review of the Headset soon?
Have any of you tested it?

I hope you can help me with some comments about the new headset.

But thats really not how it works.

If Asus want it reviewed they need to contact me and sort it out.

There are too many things that could go wrong with your one and its not worth the trouble for you. What if I break it, or it gets lost in the post or it goes faulty. Its just not worth the risk.

1st let me start by telling you that I'm an Asus FANBOY. I LOVE ALL ASUS products. At least according to me they are always premium and worth the money. Attached is the poof of all the products i own. These are just the list i registered but there are many other products which i just out of laziness didn't register. The point I'am trying to make is i really love Asus products.

Ok. That being said, I will be really honest with you. The Asus centurion 7.1 is the biggest disappointment i had in my life. They are not even worth a 100$ headsets.

Comfort 4/10- Your ears will ache in just about 30 mins or so after the use. Yes i did try the leather pads that comes with it. And yes i did try the Fabric pads as well thats comes with it. But of no use. Its an absolute trash. Your ears will touch the drivers which will start aching after some time.

Surround Sound 6.5/10 - Yes it is ok. But that aching issue due to discomfort just bugs you so much that you just cant concentrate on the sound.

Mic OMG 000000/10 - I just wish i could stress alot on this. The mic is UTTER TRASH. Its such a trash that the moment i entered my Team Speak no one could recognize me. They sounded so bad. And guess what , its till not fixed.

I swear to god my previous Cooler master sirus 5.1 were much greater in surround sound , mic , and comfort than these EXPENSIVE crap.

I have had better $10 dollar mics

Sound quality in some games is terrible.

so disappointed as i am also a ASUS fanboy but they dropped the worst headset
