ASUS Reveals their ROG RTX 2080 Ti Matrix - This GPU is Insane!

Then they will release the matrix platinum after this, or matrix poseidon with a slightly higher clock...

I ain't gonna lie, that is bloody stunning. Love the use of bionic fans on it too, at last some innovation !

Spawn of Satan remove thy self from my sight , and will someone hide my credit card !!!
but innovation indeed to manage to mount an AIO with-in the card

I think the opposite. If they removed the logo, and removed the bright red band on the side, it would be better.

I do like what they did with the fans. Reminds me of the Typhoon ones that were a big hit in their day.

I guess I like things more industrial. All this fancy patterns and oversized logos just doesnt do it for me. When will they design things more mature :( At least Nvidia got it right with their founder cards each generation. No need for anything gaudy.

I’m pretty sure it’s an LED/RGB text plate, kinda like what EVGA has on their iCX coolers.

Don't, they will slap RGB on your kidney and try to sell it back to the fools in the UK who are attracted to shiny things :D

Haha, good one!

Just considering what this would cost in Denmark gives me the chills though. The expected pris is $1600, then you add 25% tax on top of that, and probably about 5% more for balance the "release overpricing". That ends up being about 14.000 DKK, where the Founder's Edition cost 9700 DKK directly at nvidia.com. Holy smokes that's insane!

This madness just makes me appreciate my Asus Strix GTX 1080 Ti OC more (in fact i named it My Precious!) and it will probably last into 2020 before I'll consider upgrading.

Are you sure?

GPU are cheaper in Norway than UK at the moment. Same with Sweden I believe. Its like Scandinavians have a better deal going on at the moment.

Wow, that is an impressive card. Very innovative. I can't wait to see reviews of it. I don't expect overclocks to be significantly better than a Strix, but I wonder if it'll do it more quietly and consistently.

Love the look but surely seeing as the heat from the rad will be vent directly back onto the card it won't be that impressive? Might have been an idea to have the fans set as a exhaust in a innovative way.

By that kind of thinking it would mean that all the large 2-3 fan cards would also overheat, as they all blow the air from their heat sink directly onto the PCB. No it just doesn't work like that...

The hot air won't be an issue as long there's good airflow inside the system case to vent that air out.
