Ironically no AMD GPU can run this so you'll need what 2 2080ti's to run this consistently at 144hz?
No just one titan rtx or kinpin 2080ti gsync helps with frame variance.

At ultra, sure. Medium is another story, and still looks great at 4K.

Tbf at 4K I find you can turn off basically all AA and blurring stuff, and there's some games like Battlefield where it's almost impossible to tell a difference between medium and max while playing. I think there's a reasonable range of games (Racing, flight sim or e-sportsy stuff) where an RVII could also push 4K high into the upper end of the frame rate window.
But I guess the benefit of this monitor for most would be the ability to have a choice between high framerate gaming (Maybe at 1440p or 1080p) and 4K in one monitor.

Not at any settings at 144Hz.
No, there are actually 2 models. XG438Q is HDR600 (120hz)
This one is the XG43UQ which is HDR1000 and 144hz
