ASUS plans to ship GPU supports with next generation motherboards

Why only next Gen

I am currently planning a Ryzen build with the Crosshair VI (AC-WiFI) and a Asus Strix Gtx 1080 ti. It would be nice " customer service " for them to offer that GPU bracket as well considering every single pic I see with their 1080 ti Sags. Or at least offer free shipping to those with proof of purchase. Just 2 Asus parts will cost over $1,450 CAN

Or...just don't make them so darn heavy and filled with iron shrouds. I had one made and it didn't work much. It was very well built from that custom shop in Portugal but cards can get too heavy sometimes.

In short, this one looks nice however I remain skeptical for the time being.

it could help, but it's the other end of the GPU that suffers mostly from GPU sag. INWIN supply their 303 with a GPU support for the correct end that actually works

Yeah, although I gotta agree, the ROG looks way better and I'd definitely pay extra for it over this shiny grey one. Which looks a bit cheaply made as well to be honest.

You can buy black anodised ones as well that look excellent (IMO). They definitely look more DIY than ASUS', but it's likely a better design.
