Besides, at the moment freesync doesnt even work with crossfire, so anyone with 2 amd cards shouldnt buy this untill CF works and asus has a new model that isnt limited.

I'm pretty sure AMD are waiting on driver releases for the 300 series launch. Would explain why they been slow lately. Once they release I'd say we should see more drivers.

I wonder if this monitor will have the same astonishing failure rate as the ROG Swift ?

Depending on reviews this might tempt me over to the AMD side once they release the 390X IF this is a more reliable alternative to the Swift.

A very small number in that state have been shipped to customers who can RMA if they wish to.

The ones currently with retailers are being updated with new firmware, so any purchased from reputable UK retailers from now onwards should be the updated version.
