holy cr4p. as i understand the 5970 is more like 2x 5850 not 5870? corect me if im wrong, so this should be AWESOME. large cooling is brilliant love it, looks so nice, as far as looks go for a peice of hardware anyways

28% performance increase.... WOW! Don't think Fermi will be able to compete with this lol!!

Don't forget clock_Ed that firstly the Ares is two GFX cards, so Fermi wont really have to compete, and secondly our own 5870 xF tests showed about 20% over a 5970. So around 30% with some clever trickery would be to be expected.

Sapphire have announced that they will be releasing an overclocked 5970 with 4GB memory and custom cooling aswell!

I want one but cant afford it. It will be more expensive than a 5970 which is over 700 euro here in Ireland.
