I have got a ASUS 28" PB287Q - 4K UHD 17/9-14 and now then i am gaming at 4K then my screen suddenly goes black for about 2 - 3 sek and then comes on again.
It have done it about 4 - 5 times within the last 2 days.

Have any of you tryed that?

I have 2 X Asus GTX 970 Strix in my bild. not overclocked ( yet )
I have experienced in the Game Neverwinter, boths with one and 2 GPU in...?

I have tryed with an other Display kable, and it's the same problem

Hope you can help me

Its probably a driver problem - like it always is.

You need to try with a single card and see how you get on but Id put money on it being an error your end when installing.

Any messages displayed about the NVidia driver stopped responding? I had the same monitor show up yesterday, love it!

I have tryed with only one card.
Ill try to reinstalle the driver, and hope it will change.
I have had a lot of problems in the start when i got my Rampage V Extreme and the i7 5960x
when i was overclocking i can see that it alle startet up as it shoud, and the motherbord say "AA" but the screen startet uo like normal so you can see it starting, but when i was to go to Windows, i just sayd " no Input" ore somthing like that.
when i then tryed to restart then i got into Windows ( if i was lucky )
Ill start with the drivers, and if that dosen't work i maby have to send it ind.

This might sound far fetched but it could be the cable, The cable that came with my Asus PB287Q didn't work, I got another and the artifacting screen type look went away, Maybe the same type of situation here.

I have got a new PSU ( The Corsair AX1500i ) :-)
i have got an other cabel that kost me about 20 Pounds.
When i tryed to start my pc, it just turn on for 1 sekund and then stopped.
I still got my Corsair AX 1200i so i tryed to find what was wrong.
It took me over 1 day to find what was wrong. I was so close to sending it ind on an RMA
My mate tryed it in his pc and it started the first time.
We found out that the new Display cabel that kost med ca 20 pounds was the problem.
When i then youse the original cabel it starts up with no problem.
But i still have the problem, where i can see the boot menu, and when it is going into windows then the screen goes black and saus "No Signal"

Sorry to thread highjack but Dice could you drop me a pm with the cable that you bought, as I have currently got a issue with my monitor when I turn my pc on the monitor won't display anything sometimes until I pull the power, from the monitor and plug it back in.

As we have said - thats drivers dude

I had lots of problems with 4K as I use lots of different cards/setups but now have resolved them.

As Tom has said number one of the list is to make sure you are using the very latest drivers whether it is AMD or NVidia.

Make sure you have the very latest driver for your monitor.

Use the best quality cables, these are the sort that work well for me.

Keep the length of the cables to the minimum you need.

AMD 290 series cards have a fault when using a very high overclock @4K/60htz with extra volts and will lose their output signal but for normal use @4K they are fine.

I just bought a cheap one for £5 from OCUK
