ASRock Z390 Extreme 4 or ASRock Z390 Taichi.

Hi, its been a while since I posted but always dropped in to have a look around

I'm going for a new build hopefully after Christmas.
for video editing and encoding.

Its down to these two boards but not sure what one will be best for me

ASRock Z390 Extreme 4 or ASRock Z390 Taichi and I'm not sure if I should go for the 8700K or the 9700K.
I don't plan in overclocking, well, if its easy to do but more important to me is having a rock solid stable workstation.

There's over £80 the difference between the two boards, what will I be loosing out buy going for the Extreme 4?
