The X99 Chipset does support out of the box 10 Sata ports, if you need more the Extreme11 from Asrock is for you.
It features 18 sata Ports, 8 from a SAS Controller on the board, 10 from the chipset.
It also Features a 12phase power design and 2 M.2 slots.
That looks so damn dated. My aged 4 year old AM3+ motherboard looks more up to date then that. Looks like something you'd slap a core 2 extreme in...
