For those who do not know AsRock is part of the ASUS group and release budget boards - which clearly are quite good at what they do.

939SLI-eSATA2, a dual 8x slot board that will run in SLI mode based on the ULi M1697 chipset. Today, ASrock announced another two more models.

ASrock 939SLI32-eSATA2 is based on M1697+M1695 chipset and it supports Dual 16x PCIe channel providing more than enough bandwidth for 2 x 512MB 7800GTX.

Next is the ASrock K8SLI-eSATA2 which is a S754 version of the 939SLI-eSATA2. It is also based on ULI m1697 and supports Dual 8x PCIe.

With a price thats hard to resist and volt mods this could a be a great board to have - especially is you fancy a go at mobile overclocking with a skt754 board.

I seriously hope they've added more voltage to these boards as my ULi sucks for voltage :(

If they have all those settings then I see no reason why these couldn't be some nice clocking boards!

It's true out the box they dont really suit the overclocker but there are a series of mods out for the current SATA2/AGP/PCIE skt939 board that Boardy has - that make his board a real contender for thos on a budget or still on AGP.
