I wouldn't think so, at least not for the consumer market.
I believe it's a 4096 pin socket?
That's more than double Intel's 2011 socket. So I would assume it's around 1.5-2.1x the size of Intel's biggest consumer chip.

So coolers will also need to be around 1.5-2.1x the size of current coolers.
