when I run 1125/1375 on my 7970 it gave line artifacts.
later I found that afterburner/CCC kept resetting powertune to 0%.
Now I'm runnin trixx/ccc powertune 20%, not the VDDC increase 1040-1050mv to 1080-1088 sometimes 1123.
I'm now running 1000/1375, the card gets a bit warmer.
the MAX is 83c so far.
