Its not up to me to find someone for them mate. I dont think youll see it back for a long time tbh. The bloke that left was pretty awesome at his job and the fact they have not bothered says a lot really.

This. Having worked for a retailer before, I would not be surprised to learn that any benefits which were agreed to previously have now been revoked. Or will be soon.
