37CFM out of a 120MM? Yikes.. :\

You're better off with Yate Loons. I ordered 3, got one in the front of my case and two for when I upgrade my radiator. They're awesome.

Id liek to point out these are also quite cheap for decent fans. Can be got from ebay for ~£5
