No it's this one. I'm pairing it with an EK full cover block so that active cooling backplate won't work. Not like that one is any easier to get though.

.I'm in the US but I've looked at shops in Europe as well to no avail. I'd even buy second hand from someone.

They've been out for a while they just don't seem to be in stock anywhere. They were tested and performed the best (20C lower VRM temps than any other backplate) back in December 2013.
