They severely need to update their Mac Pro, It's been over 1000 days without an update.

You can quite literally build something yourself for half the price that is 2-3 times faster now.

Rumour had it that they were going to announce a new Pro this month. Fingers crossed they do as some of us have to actually use 'powerful' apple products in work now..




I quite like that Apple have decided to use AMD in their products. Maybe they'll use the CPUs too if they end up being any good.

It is easy, and cheap to build a Hackintosh that will blow the ass clean off anything Apple release.

OLED touchbar? Wow. Just. WOW.
That is some feature. Really, great job Apple. Utterly useless. A standard LCD/AMOLED(since they are mass produced for touch screens) would have been better. OLED on the actual panel would have been a better feature all together over this. Probably would have costs the same yet been completely in every aspect better. Would further emphasize Apple as the productivity leader for art. OLED screens can't be beat for that. Missed opportunity. Just another reason for me to bag on apple.

I know. However its also illegal (again, shout out to Apple). You're not even allowed to run OSX on a VM ran on non-Apple hardware.

It wouldn't have ever been as much of an issue now if they had stuck with a mac pro that could be upgraded...
