Did you really just say that?

Anyway, its a cool product and sure does look the part.

Yeah, just used a part of the press release there. I've had the worst week this week with the flu. Was in bed until only about an hour ago (now all the drugs have kicked in). I've barely been able to write with the headaches :(.

I really like the look of this, black PCBs, backplate and frontplate. Whats not to like.

Well I hope you get better soon, mate. I know right, I wish all PCI cards looked like this :D

Cheers man, its been a real struggle this week, classes have started this week too, which was really fun to drag myself too.

Sexy SSD. Shame down here in Brazil, things like this costs 3X the USA price...Looking forward to it anyway.

only 100k iops? thats pretty lame as an samsung 840 pro already has 100k/90k iops...

So besides not having a new motherboard and looking impressive why would you buy this over a m.2 like Samsungs XP941?
Max Sequential Read Up to 1170 MBps
Max Sequential Write Up to 930 MBps
4KB Random Read Up to 122,000 IOPS
4KB Random Write Up to 72,000 IOPS

Now if someone would bring out an m.2 that looked better - rather than a green pcb with chips and stickers on it.

Am i right in saying that's just 2 SSDs likely in RAID 0 attached to a pcb that interfaces with the PCI-E lane?

Is that expandable?

You are correct it is essentially 2 SSDs in RAID 0 on a PCB, with a smexy front and backplate.

I don't think it is expandable though, I can't even find pricing info.
