its an enterprise volume license. there commonly is a set amount you have to buy for that price, likely in the 1000s.

or they could just be the media sets.

One is an upgrade, the others are volume licences.

Googled volume licence but network at work is spazzing out so have a look, piracy pops up a lot though so I imagine they are dodgy...
