I have been running two computers 24/7 for the last seven days, one with an NH-D14 and the other with an h20 620. The H20 has a max temp over the last week, running 100% load, of 58C. and is currently at 50C. This is on a Q6600 with a small overclock running push/pull with cheap cooler master fans. The NH-D14 has a max temp over the last week, running 100% load, of 61C. and is currently at 55C. This is on a 2600K running at stock speed with the ultra low noise adapters on the fans. The computers are in the same room running right next to each other. I know the heat output of the different CPU's is not comparable but I think this shows how well the H20 620 performs for the price.

do you have both the antec620 and silver arrow in front of you and if so why not do a little testing and post the results for others i looked at the 620 as a option as it is so cheap but was told it is loud so aint sure now

Well Im gona be running Antec in my fiancee rig with Apache Super Silent fans push pull but this gona be after I get ivy cpu for myself,It will be q9450@3.55 on 1.32v, like im runing it now 100% stable on SilverArrow temps never go above 65C, I`ll post results at later date.

I got the Antec Kuhler 620 free with my Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H too.

I have read a few reviews and more or less the Thermalright Silver Arrow using the two fans supplied beats the Antec Kuhler 620 by around 10°C on a system using an i7 920 @ 4GHz
