Antec Accent lighting, Available In The UK ?

Been looking everywhere for this item in the UK but just can't seem to find it, I know a few shops sell the white and red versions but not the green which is what I've been looking for as it quite handily uses USB to power it.

Hi dice hunter. Sadly this colour was not released to Europe. I suggested to Antec they should but they dont want to bring green to Europe. Only thing I can suggest is buying from the usa. There wont be any import costs due to being so low value.

I'm curious as to what the reasoning would be for leaving a colour out for europe? seems.. daft

I really don't understand the logic behind this either, I've found shops over here that have the other colours, Red and blue but leave green out
Makes no sense to me.

Someone from Antec got back to me regarding shipping and on a saturday as well which surprised me
I'll have to wait until monday but ordering the strip should be no problem and will be touching £20 with shipping according to the American rep

Just got an email back from the Antec rep in the states hoping it would be the information needed to pay for the item but it's apparently not possible to buy the item, Apparently it's a US exclusive :-/
Kind of crappy
Guess I'll search for some other green LED backlight system.

RGB usb strip found on amazon.uk, maybe not what your looking for but there are plenty other options on amazon. Just search "usb led strip" and see if you find somethingyou like.

Awesome thanks for the reply, I am tempted but the green has large flecks of brown in the light which to me just looks aweful :-/

If I could buy just that USB attachment though I could get a green LED strip from my local electronics store.

I've had a look at a few and the shipping is daylight robbery, A few were actually charging £40 just for shipping lol

Well I found one on Amazon, That I apparently went over a few times, I may need glasses lol
Cost £7.99 with delivery, Is USB powered, Is 1.7 feet long, Has 15 green LED's, Has a sticky back on it to put it on the back of the monitor and Will be here in 3-5 days *It's pretty much the twin of the Antec version without the name or black coating*
