AMD's Flagship RDNA 3 GPU is reportedly a 7-chiplet gaming monster

I could see this coming a few years back with Ryzens introduction, Monolithic designs while they have their place are far too expensive and that expense is loaded off onto the customer, Hopefully this means we may see more sane prices going forward.

I think we should be so lucky, one thing i will say is that its rare for AMD to hit the ground running with their tech. 1st gen will be a bit of dice roll i reckon. Though efficiency and temperatures should be good.
These will probably need a huge cache compared to the monolithic dies and chew through vram.
