AMD Winny with 4DIMMS used... Need help..

Right guys i know that these chips are not able to run 4 full DIMM slots @ 200 mhz but im unable to even get them to run @ 166 like i used to when i ran 4x 512 GSkill... Im using the latest 704 beta bios now but that hasnt helped so i was wondering if someone here could suggest a bios and maybe some certain bios settings to run to hopefully get them to run..

Hi Mate,

You have to run in 2t settings and may get away with full 200mhz if you do.

Can't remember the setting name (I am away at the moment using crappy 56k on lappy) but it's the top one in DRAM settings (think it's called command clock) you need to leave this disabled that set timings to 2t.

As the new dual core based cpus are basicly either 2x san diego or 2x venice i should think they would work fine with 4x sticks of ram

Guys I'm pretty sure all 90nm cores mem controller still only allows 2T if using all dimms
